With 17 years’ experience in the restaurant trade and a sommelier diploma in her pocket, Ève entered the world of wine and spirits agencies in 2012. After 9 years with a national agency, she enthusiastically joined the dynamic Sélections Oeno team in the restaurant sector. Passionate about food, people and wine pairings, Ève is also very determined, jovial, curious, organized, but above all a great listener. Presently, I am enthralled by Pascal Jolivet’s Pouilly-Fumé 2017. The Domaine’s commitment to balance, freshness, and precision is brilliantly showcased in this wine. The precise blend of limestone terroir offers finesse and minerality, while clay-limestone contributes to the delightful fruit notes, and Flint imparts the perfect structure. It’s an absolute wow that leaves a lasting impression!
